Privacy notice – Passenger Services

Information about how and when Passenger Services processes personal information about you.​

What we do

Our service transports adults and children with special needs and disabilities to and from special schools, specialist day centres and lunch clubs.

We also provide transport at mainstream schools taking pupils to and from curriculum swimming and sports activities.

What information we collect

We collect the following information that is stored on a shared database. The database can by accessed by us and the Travel Co-ordination Team (CYP).

  • Date of birth

  • Address

  • Ethnicity

  • Gender

  • Relationships information

  • Health information

  • Financial information

  • Contact details/next of kin

  • Referral/assessment information

  • Relevant history and case information

  • Details of disability/impairment/vulnerability
