Get fit and improve our green spaces with Nature's Gym

Find out about Nature's Gym, a project that offers you opportunities to improve your fitness and your local park or nature reserve, by taking part in nature conservation activities.

When sessions take place

  • Every Thursday

  • Once a month on a Saturday from 11am–2pm

What is involved and who can come

  • Natures Gym invites people with a range of abilities, as there are usually a variety of tasks to carry out.

  • Children under 16 are welcome, but should be accompanied by an adult.

  • They provide tools and refreshments and have a mid-session tea break.

How to take part

Tailored activities

Natures Gym can organise environment activities and corporate days tailored specifically for your organisation or community group.
