Purchasing a permit
Purchase or renew a permit
Register with or log in to our permit system to purchase or renew a permit.
To purchase visitor vouchers and resident or business permits, you will need to apply for these online. The permit you require will depend on your address or where your business is.
Please note, that not all residents or businesses are eligible for all permit types.
You may be required to submit proof of address and vehicle details so we can verify your details.
Please do not park or drive in restricted areas until you have received a confirmation email of your permit application. If you are unsure of your permit status, please contact the permits team.
You will have 30 days to submit any requested supporting documents before we cancel your application.
Purchasing visitors vouchers
Register with our new system to purchase visitors vouchers.
Visitor vouchers can be purchased by residents without owning a parking permit, but we may still require proof of address to verify your details.
If you purchase an annual residents permit you will be automatically provided with a free book of ten visitors vouchers at checkout.
Changing permit details
If you need to make changes to your vehicle, this can be done online by logging into your permit account.
Some changes cannot be made online, and you may have to contact our permit team.
Purchasing visitor vouchers does not count as changing permit details.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel your permit, we will refund you for all unused months.
You may be liable to pay for an administration fee if you cancel your permit.
How to cancel your permit
To cancel your permit email lewishamparkingpermits@nslservices.co.uk and include the following information::
- your permit reference number
- the vehicle registration number (VRM)
- the date you would like to cancel your permit
Alternatively, please call 0208 787 5397 and select option 3.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Please note that our permit prices have changed as of 1 April 2024, in line with inflation.
