SEEN Lewisham

A vibrant, multi-arts festival dedicated to amplifying under-represented voices and showcasing incredible local creative artists.

Co produced by Broadway Theatre, Nouveau Riche and Lewisham Council, SEEN Lewisham champions bold new work across theatre, dance, music, comedy, visual arts and more in the heart of Lewisham.

SEEN didn’t just happen on stage at Broadway Catford - it took place across the borough. The 2025 programme included a lively opening night celebration, a joyful Children’s Day filled with creativity and family fun, poetry nights, library events, school programmes and pop-ups throughout Lewisham.

We were also delighted to receive £17,106 in funding from the National Lottery Community Fund toward SEEN Lewisham Festival 2025. This funding directly supported the SEEN Community Programme, bringing free creative activities to local families, community elders and wider groups in Lewisham, as well as the SEEN Studio performances - connecting emerging artists to new audiences and increasing cultural participation for local people. Thank you to National Lottery players for your support.

The festival was a brilliant celebration of the exciting cultural landscape in the borough. The SEEN Lewisham Impact Report captures the festival’s achievements, community voices and lasting impact across the cultural sector, highlighting why this growing celebration continues to matter so deeply to Lewisham.
