Fitness trails are a series of exercise stations in a park setting. You can complete them as part of a run or other outdoor exercise circuits.

Walking

Walking in our beautiful parks is great for relaxation or fitness.

When sessions take place

  • Every Thursday

  • Once a month on a Saturday from 11am–2pm

What is involved and who can come

  • Natures Gym invites people with a range of abilities, as there are usually a variety of tasks to carry out.

  • Children under 16 are welcome, but should be accompanied by an adult.

  • They provide tools and refreshments and have a mid-session tea break.

Natures Gym can organise environment activities and corporate days tailored specifically for your organisation or community group.
