Privacy notice – Housing Strategy

What we do

The Housing Strategy Team is responsible for:

  • identifying opportunities for housing regeneration and leading on this, or working with partners to deliver this

  • managing the relationship with Lewisham Homes and RB3, who manage our social housing stock

  • maintaining the partnership between the Council and other register providers

  • data analysis function working to shape the strategic direction of the service, identify opportunities to meet corporate objectives, performance management and policy analysis

  • developing and monitoring the housing strategy.

  • National Insurance Number

  • tenancy details (length of tenancy, rental income etc.)

  • housing benefit details

  • details of enforcement action against tenancy

  • employment information

  • information on health and wellbeing

  • previous addresses

  • equalities monitoring information

  • all of the above for all household members.
