What we do
The Housing Strategy Team is responsible for:
identifying opportunities for housing regeneration and leading on this, or working with partners to deliver this
managing the relationship with Lewisham Homes and RB3, who manage our social housing stock
maintaining the partnership between the Council and other register providers
data analysis function working to shape the strategic direction of the service, identify opportunities to meet corporate objectives, performance management and policy analysis
developing and monitoring the housing strategy.
