About parking tickets and parking enforcement

Drivers who break parking regulations (either on the public highway or in one of our public car parks) will be issued with a penalty charge notice.

Challenge your parking ticket

If you feel that a parking ticket (Penalty Charge Notice) was issued incorrectly, you can challenge it.

Paying parking penalties

We know that nobody likes having to pay a fine for a parking ticket. We want to make the process as quick and easy as possible for you.

Wheel clamping and car removal

We do not carry out wheel clamping and we do not remove illegally parked vehicles.

Free removal of unwanted vehicles

Lewisham offers a free service to scrap old or unwanted cars. We do this to prevent people abandoning their cars elsewhere.
