Public Access system running slowly
Our Public Access system is currently running very slowly. We're working to fix the problem. .
Before you build, extend or convert a property in the borough, you or your agent must advise our building control team by submitting a full plans or building notice application.
You can pay online when you submit your application.
If you are completing a paper application and you are unable to pay online, please give us a call and we will take debit or credit card payments over the phone.
