Privacy notice – Landmann Way Household Waste Recycling Centre

Information about how and when the Landmann Way Household Waste Recycling Centre processes personal information about you.

What we do

The centre exists under Section 51 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 for residents to take their household waste. We only accept waste that would usually be taken in a kerbside collection, but will not fit into your bin. The centre is not for the disposal of commercial or industrial waste whoever generates it. We recommend that you read the centre's rules and guidelines before visiting.

The rules and further information can be found on the centre's webpage.

  • name
  • address
  • registration number of vehicle attended.

  • Prevention/detection of crime/fraud
  • Service planning

The data we collect is mainly used to stop tradespeople from using the centre. We use information on frequency of use of the centre as a key indicator towards that end.
