The Building for Lewisham programme will build new social homes across Lewisham. These new homes listed below will mainly be delivered by the Council’s housing company Lewisham Homes.

118 Canonbie Road redevelopment proposal

We are planning to redevelop 118 Canonbie Road in Forest Hill into new council housing.

New homes for over-55s to be built in Perry Vale
