Lewisham Enforcement Services department carry out the execution and enforcement of liability orders from both Council Tax and NNDR in line with Schedule 12 of Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (TCE Act), Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013 and the Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulation 2014.

This process includes the compliance stage, enforcement stage and sale/removal stage.
