We engage and consult residents in several ways to ensure people are at the heart of shaping our housing services. 

We are currently consulting or are about to consult on:

• the resident engagement strategy, which we’re revising with input from a representative panel, a survey and resident events 
• safety for residents living in high-rise or high-risk buildings
• our annual report, ensuring it’s useful and informative and meets your needs
• our complaints service – we’ll be using resident feedback to improve how we respond to complaints
• improving the quality of homes
• recycling and disposing of food waste
