Apply for funding to make your organisation more accessible to children with SEND

Who can apply

You can apply for the short breaks grant funding if you:

• are a voluntary or community organisation providing services to children and young people
• want to make your service more inclusive and increase participation from children and young people with SEND.

How much funding is available

You can apply for up to £3,000.

What the funding can be used for

You should use the short breaks grant to improve your capacity to meet the needs of children with SEND. This could include:

• staff training
• specialist resources
• adapted equipment
• any other plans to support children with disabilities engaging in activities. 

The closing date  is 18 July 2022.

A panel from the Children with Complex Needs Service will shortlist business plans. If your business plan is shortlisted, you will be asked to present it at a presentation event.
