Ladywell Leisure Centre Site

Lewisham Homes

This site is land formerly occupied by the Ladywell Leisure Centre and includes the area to the rear of the site which currently houses a nursery in a prefabricated building. The modular and de-mountable PLACE/Ladywell building is situated on the section of the site bordering Lewisham High Street.

Lewisham Council and Lewisham Homes are in the process of creating proposals to provide new permanent homes on this site. Read about the details of the community engagement and consultation conducted so far.
