Located on Winchfield Road, the Home Park development will deliver 31 one, two and three-bedroom homes to a site formerly occupied by a neighbourhood office, garages, pram sheds and storage buildings. These homes will be used for permanent social housing and will be built using Precision Manufacturing Housing (PMH) methods, sometimes referred to as ‘modular housing’.

This is a more efficient, safe and less impactful method of construction that involves large portions of a development being built off-site in a factory setting. Units can be fully fitted before being transported to site and assembled quickly. The PMH method offers a new way of delivering high-quality, affordable and energy-efficient housing.
