Register with our new system to purchase visitors vouchers.
Visitor vouchers can be purchased by residents without owning a parking permit, but we may still require proof of address to verify your details.
Purchase or renew a permit
Register with our new permit system and purchase your permit.
If you purchase an annual residents permit you will be automatically provided with a free book of ten visitors vouchers at checkout.
You may be required to submit proof of address and vehicle details so we can verify your details.
Most permits will be approved straight away. Your permit will be active as soon as you submit your application.
You will have 30 days to submit any requested supporting documents before we cancel your application.
If you purchase an annual residents permit you will get a free book of ten visitors vouchers at checkout.
Changing permit details
If you need to make changes to your permit, you will have to cancel your existing permit (we’ll refund you for all unused months) and reapply for your permit online using the new system. Purchasing visitors vouchers does not count as changing permit details.
You’ll also be liable to pay the new parking permit policy pricing.

Cancellations and refunds
We understand that cancelling your permit, applying for a refund and reapplying for your permit on our new system is not ideal. Unfortunately, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) does not permit us to transfer this data for you.
If you need to cancel your permit we will refund you for all unused months.
How to cancel your permit
To cancel your permit email lewishamparkingpermits@nslservices.co.uk. Include both:
- your permit reference number
- the date you would like to cancel your permit

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Please note that our permit prices have changed as of 1 April 2024, in line with inflation.
