Mindlift courses for adults living with mental health issues

Mindlift coursesAbout our courses

For the academic year 2021/2022 we plan to deliver all courses face-to-face in the learning centres. If necessary due to COVID-19 we will return to distance learning using our virtual learning environment ALL Moodle and zoom classes.

 We offer a broad range of courses to help you improve your health and wellbeing or gain employment, including:

  • art
  • cookery
  • computing
  • drumming circles
  • English
  • English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) for adults with a mild learning disability or difficulty and/or mental issues
  • horticulture
  • maths
  • music acoustic and digital
  • yoga.

How to enrol

All learners will need to book an appointment to enrol for the new academic year. This is called a pre-course assessment (PCA). Appointments can be booked by calling 0208 314 3300 or 020 8314 6677 or 020 8314 6666.
