Data Sharing Agreements
A Data Sharing Agreement does not give the parties any legal rights to share the data, the sharing must already be legal. These agreements are used to set out the terms and conditions to cover sharing of personal information for the reasons given in the Data Sharing Agreement. Some information may be redacted due to security or legal reasons.
Data sharing can take place in a way that helps deliver the better services that we all want, while still respecting people's legitimate expectations about the privacy and confidentiality of their personal information.

- Other Local and District Authorities, including Social Services
- Central Government
- Various Housing Associations and Trusts
- Public Health Service providers including NHS agencies such as GP, Hospitals, Ambulance Services, Health Visitors, Mental Health Services
- Police Forces, including community crime reduction groups
- Substance misuse agencies
- Fire and Rescue Services
- Neighbourhood Watch Wardens
- Schools
- Hospital Trusts
- Care Provides including Day Care, Carers, Nursing Care Homes, Residential Homes and Hospices
- Crown Prosecution Services
- Prison Service
- Credit Reference Agencies
- Children's Trust
- Safeguarding Teams
- Contractors and Suppliers
