Contracts, Education and Employment Legal Services provides advice and legal support to the Council’s internal departments and to some schools, in relation to contracts, education and employment law.

The team will not collect information from third parties unless that is necessary in relation to any work done arising from the role of the team. This may occur in relation to any litigation or litigation-related work, or in relation to any information supplied to the team directly (rather than supplied by the team’s internal Council clients).
