Important dates for the admission process for children starting primary school in September 2025.
Applications open (apply online): Sunday 1 September 2024.
The deadline for applying for a primary school place is Wednesday 15 January 2025.
Offers
| Results for applications | Wednesday 16 April 2025 (you will get an email in the evening telling you where your child has been offered a place) |
| Deadline for accepting your offer | Wednesday 30 April 2025 (if you applied online, you need to accept the offer online) |
Appeals
| Closing date for appeals for community schools in the borough | 14 May 2025 (admissions authorities of other schools may set the same or a later deadline) |
| Appeal hearings | June/July 2025 (if you submit an appeal after 14 May 2025, it will not be heard until the start of the academic year in September 2025) |
