Variation application pack
Variations can include a change in hours, the addition of one or more licensable activities, the removal or addition of conditions, or a major change in the layout of the premises.
The application form must be completed in full by the existing premises licence holder, signed, dated and returned to the Licensing Service, along with the appropriate fee. The fee will be exactly the same as the fee for the grant of the licence.
A copy must be sent to all the Responsible Authorities.
The application must be advertised by way of a blue notice being displayed at the premises, and a newspaper advertisement, which must be arranged within 10 days of the application being made.
