About the service
Community Connections Lewisham (CCL) is a service delivered by Age UK Lewisham and Southwark.
It is a single point of contact with the various services and organisations in Lewisham that help older people stay safe and independent.
Who the service is for
Adults in Lewisham who need help with:

social inclusion and decreased isolation

financial inclusion

fire safety and wider home security issues

personal safety and security

IT support and digital inclusion

accessing community transport schemes.
Who can make a referral
People who can make a referral include:

professionals working with older people and vulnerable adults.
How to refer
The quickest way to refer yourself or another person is by calling the CCL Helpline on 0330 0583 464. This is open Monday-Friday from 9:30am–4pm (except on Thursdays when it closes at 1pm).
