Report non-urgent communal repairs online on the housing services portal.

Water bills
Make sure you arrange to pay your water bills directly with Thames Water.
Prevent leak damage
It’s important you know where your stopcock is so that you can turn your water off in case of a bad leak.
If you’re having trouble finding your stopcock, our repairs service may be able to advise you.
Your newsletter
We send an email newsletter, just for leaseholders, once a quarter.
Choose how we contact you
It's important for you to let us know if your contact details change so that we can get in touch with you in the event of an emergency.
Log in to the housing services portal and use the Update My Details form or call 0800 028 2028.
Sometimes we want to tell you about events and share information with you which is not directly connected to your leasehold property.
It’s easy for you to give your consent, and opt-in or out of the different ways we may contact you at any time.
We provide a range of support and advice, especially for leaseholders which can be found under services we provide for leaseholders.
Antisocial behaviour
We are committed to tackling antisocial behaviour (ASB) on your estates.
If you are concerned about antisocial behaviour, find out more about our out-of-hours service and report incidents to us any time online.
Keep safe at home
- find out more about fire, asbestos and safety
Love where you live
Help us to make sure you love where you live and keep safe by reporting dumped items you see on your estate to us.
Fly-tipping is a fire risk and attracts pests.
Major works
Sometimes we need to carry out large scale repairs or improvements to the shared and structural parts of your building, such as the roof, windows and internal hallways.
Find out how we'll consult you, and what support we can offer leaseholders when paying for major works, on our major works web page.
