Supplementary information forms for secondary schools, including faith schools
The School Admissions office will be closed Monday 17 August to Friday 21 August 2026.
You can still make and submit applications - the team will process them on their return.
Some schools need extra information from you when you apply. For September 2027 admission, you need to complete a supplementary information form if you are applying for:

Trinity Church of England School, Lewisham – faith applicants.
You can get supplementary information forms directly from the school. You can also download a form from the school's website and return it directly to the school by 31 October 2026.
