Neptune Wharf

Hatcham (Neptune) Ltd’s Neptune Wharf scheme (a.k.a. Grinstead Road) includes 199 new homes, commercial space, a pedestrian route between Folkestone Gardens and Deptford Park, and renovation of part of the former Surrey Canal towpath.

London Overground extension and Bridgehouse Meadows
