What we do

The Integrated Neighbourhoods Service includes:

  • Integrated Neighborhood Team 2
  • Integrated Neighborhood Team 3

  • the Integrated Neighborhood duty team
  • the Major Adaptations and Housing team
  • the Direct Payments team
  • the Visual Impairments team

Our Integrated Neighbourhood teams bring different partners from social care, health and the independent sector together in a geographically aligned area. In doing so, we believe we provide a better, less duplicated, more holistic service to vulnerable adults and their carers.  As a team we cover prevention, complex case work and safeguarding as part of our statutory duties.

Our Statutory duty dictates that we collect and process information  under The Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, The Housing & Regeneration Act 2008, and Mental Health Act 1983.
