Report car parking problems

We are due to introduce a new system on Tuesday 1 July 2025. This could impact parking permits, suspensions and penalty charge notice (PCN) payments.

Please expect there may be some downtime the week starting Tuesday 1 July 2025.

The Staff and Visitor app will no longer be available from Tuesday 1 July 2025. An alternative option is in development.

There have been reports of QR code and telephone number scams when paying for parking. Be careful when making payments using these methods. If you have concerns that a QR code has been tampered with or that the phone number is not accurate, use the Pay By Phone app and use the location code displayed to make a payment.
