Make a fabric cross-body bag

This new course will enable you to make a gorgeous, curved shape fabric bag, which can be worn either cross-body style or as a shoulder bag. The bag will be both interlined & lined for durability & will have optional inside pockets, a top zip fastening and an adjustable length strap. The approximate dimensions when filled will be 40cm at the widest point, and 20cm wide and deep. You won’t need to purchase a pattern for the class- and full pattern & cutting out instructions will be given. It could be a great way of upcycling favourite old medium to heavier weight garments or vintage fabrics, or simply using remnant sized pieces of furnishing or light canvas weight fabrics. Make it unique to your style by using different colours & prints for the outer and lining.
