Yoga - Iyengar - online - (taster)

Try Iyengar yoga for the first time or refresh your memory in this free online taster session. Iyengar yoga is a methodical, progressive style that emphasises precision and alignment in the performance of postures. It's suitable for everyone, regardless of age or ability, thanks to its use of props to help learners get into the poses until they're able to perform them unaided. In this free online class, you will try a number of yoga postures (asanas) and take part in a quiet relaxation exercise.
