Thomas Lane Yard

Thomas Lane Yard covers the area currently used as Thomas Lane car park, to the rear of Catford Broadway, and incorporates the Thomas Lane depot, currently occupied under a meanwhile-use arrangement by Supersets.
 
The Council will deliver circa 100 new homes on this site. 100% of these will be affordable, including shared ownership and social rent homes for those on the Council’s housing register.

This will be a largely car-free development with a new public space at its heart, planted with new trees and a children’s play area. New commercial space will also be delivered within the scheme, providing activity at the lower levels.
