Peabody

This development is a partnership between the Council and Peabody and formed part of the Deptford Southern Housing Sites along with Amersham Vale. The first two phases provided a total of 144 new homes, of which 79 are high-quality, social homes, as well as 14 for shared ownership and 51 for private sale homes. Construction began in 2023 and the first homes are now let. 

A new public realm and private gardens for residents were designed in collaboration with the local community. 

Planning permission has been granted for Phase 3 and work is expected to start in late 2025 to provide 65 new homes, including 38 social rented homes.
