The Excalibur estate regeneration is across 5 phases. Phases 1 and 2 have already been delivered. The construction of Phase 3 commenced in 2021 and has now delivered 102 new affordable homes, of which 63 are for social rent, 18 are discount market rent homes and 21 are shared ownership homes.
