This scheme has delivered 24 new social homes for families on the Council's housing waiting list, as well as a new park - Charlottenburg Park. In total, the scheme provides 120 new homes, including 24 social homes and 15 shared ownership homes for people struggling to get on the housing ladder.
This development forms part of the Deptford Southern Housing project, along with the nearby Frankham Street development. In total, the project will deliver 141 new social homes for families on the Council’s housing waiting list, in partnership with Peabody.
