Parking permits
A scheduled maintenance will take place from Thursday 26 June 5pm. This will impact forms for parking permits, parking suspensions and penalty charge notices.

Resident permit
Residents living within one of the borough's controlled parking zones (CPZs) can apply for a resident parking permit.
The price of a permit is based on emissions (g/km of CO2). Free permits are available for blue badge holders.
If your address cannot be automatically authorised you will be required to provide the following evidence documents:
- proof of address x 2
- proof of vehicle ownership x 1
Housing estate permits
Residents living on a housing estate can apply for a housing estate parking permit.
The price of a permit is based on emissions (g/km of CO2). Free permits are available for blue badge holders.
If your address cannot be automatically authorised you will be required to provide the following evidence documents:
- proof of address x 2
- proof of vehicle ownership x 1
Visitor vouchers
Visitor vouchers allow parking in resident permit holder parking bays in Lewisham's controlled parking zones.
Visitor permit costs:
- per hour: £1.94 or £19.40 for a book of 10*
- per half-day (up to five hours): £4.85
- per day: £7.54
- per week: £32.31
You just need register online to be able to purchase virtual visitor permits and then you can create parking permits for your visitors when they arrive on a pay as you go basis.

Blue Badge exemption permit
Blue Badge holding residents can apply for an exemption to Low Traffic Neighbourhoods in Lewisham.
You will be required to provide the following evidence documents:
- proof of address x 1
- disabled Blue Badge documentation x 2 and Blue Badge number
- proof of vehicle ownership x 1
Disabled permit
Residents living within one of the borough's controlled parking zones (CPZs), who have a disability, can apply for a disabled resident parking permit. These permits are free (£0) for residents with a valid Blue Badge, the vehicle must also be registered to the home address.
Blue Badge holders who do not drive are not entitled to a free resident permit. One disabled permit with one registration number issued per household

School streets exemption permit
Residents living within one of Lewisham's school streets can apply for an exemption permit for that street.
You will be required to provide the following evidence documents:
- proof of address x 2
- proof of vehicle ownership x 1
If you are a Blue Badge holder you can also apply for a school street exemption, you will need to provide the following documents:
- blue Badge holders x 2
- proof of vehicle ownership x 1
If you are a carer of a resident who lives in a school street you can also apply for an exemption, you will need to provide the following:
- proof of caring for resident x 1
- proof of vehicle ownership x 1
Catford Broadway exemptions
Businesses, market traders and residents of Catford Broadway can apply for a parking exemption for the enforced parking areas.
Residents will need to provide the following evidence:
- proof of address x2
Market traders will need to provide the following evidence:
- proof of market trader licence x1
- vehicle evidence x1
Businesses on Catford Broadway will need to provide the following evidence:
- business evidence x1
Carers permit
Residents living within one of the borough's controlled parking zones (CPZs), can apply for a carers permit on behalf of their carer(s). Carers permits are free (£0) and valid for a maximum of four hours.
Resident carer permits are issued free of charge.
The resident is required to provide supporting evidence from a medical practitioner that assistance in the provision of care is required by the individual.
The permit only allows half a day’s parking (maximum 4 hours) for any specific vehicle on any particular day.

Business charity permit
Charities based within one of the borough's controlled parking zones (CPZs) can apply for a charity business permit.
Business charity permits cost £120
You will be required to provide the following evidence:
- charity evidence x 2
- proof of vehicle ownership x 1
Business all zone permit
Employees of businesses based in Lewisham can apply for a business all zones permit. These permits are valid for all controlled parking zones (CPZs) in the borough of Lewisham.
Business all zone permits are prices based on emissions (g/km of CO2). If you do not need access to all zones there are zone specific permits available for purchase.
For motorbike permits, no evidence are required.
For other vehicle permits, you will be required to provide the following evidence:
- all zone letterhead x 1
- proof of vehicle ownership x 1
