Landlords: tell us about a change in your tenant's circumstances

Before you start

To tell us about the change, you need to log into your My Lewisham account. If you don’t have one already, please click 'log in and report a change in circumstances' below then choose 'register' and follow the instructions to create and activate your account.

How to complete the form

After you log in, you can browse the forms and scroll to find the 'Landlord change of circumstances' form.

• It should take between five and 10 minutes to complete.
• You need to have your tenant’s details and supporting evidence of the change.

What happens next

• We will send you an email confirmation.
• We will make the change to your tenant’s benefit claim within 10 working days if you send us all evidence we need. We will contact you if we need more evidence.
