Civil Penalty Notices

Lewisham Council can issue a Civil Penalty Notice as an alternative to prosecution if a landlord or agent commits offences under the Housing Act 2004. This shows how we calculate the amount.

Rent and service charge balances

If you'ave made a payment since Friday 12 December it may not show up correctly on your account on the Portal or the balance check by text.
