Rent and service charge balances
If you'ave made a payment since Friday 12 December it may not show up correctly on your account on the Portal or the balance check by text.

Top tips to keep your home secure
- close windows and lock doors when going out or to bed
- join or set up a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme on your street or estate
- don’t leave valuables where they can be seen from outside
- ask to see ID for workers entering your home
- get contents insurance for your home
