How to pay your business rates

Business rates online billing

If you've signed up to online billing, you won't get a business rates bill for 2026/27 in the post - but it will be available to download or print in your MyLewisham account. If your email receipt's not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.

Online account problems

We’re currently experiencing issues with the online account service, including viewing your council tax bill. We're working to get it fixed as soon as possible.

You can still make payments online using our payment service.

Before you complete the form

To tell us you've moved you will need to log into your My Lewisham account. If you don’t have one already, please click 'Log in and tell us you’ve moved' below, then choose 'register' and follow the instructions to create your account.

How to complete the form

After you log in you can complete the form:

it should take between five and 10 minutes to complete
you will need to have your personal and business information details ready
you will need to provide a signed and dated copy of your lease agreement
you can upload scanned evidence of your property move, or submit it later
