Business rates online billingIf you've signed up to online billing, you won't get a business rates bill for 2026/27 in the post - but it will be available to download or print in your MyLewisham account. If your email receipt's not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
Online account problemsWe’re currently experiencing issues with the online account service, including viewing your council tax bill. We're working to get it fixed as soon as possible.
You can still make payments online using our payment service.
- the report contains information related to account start dates, exemptions, reliefs and valuation descriptions
- the reports are updated monthly. If you request a report related to the data we publish, you will be provided with the link to our website where the most recent report is located
- following the ICO decision (FS 50643256) of 4/10/2017 we no longer show a report on NNDR credit balances
What data do we publish?
We publish data for:
- reliefs and discounts
- exemptions
- all properties
We regularly update the data to make sure it is current. You can see when each document was last updated by looking at the dates that display next to each of the documents.
