If you have received a business rates summons, please use our summons enquiry form or summons arrangement form instead. If you need to speak to an officer, please call the council tax helpline on 020 8690 9666, Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm.
Business rates online billingIf you've signed up to online billing, you won't get a business rates bill for 2026/27 in the post - but it will be available to download or print in your MyLewisham account. If your email receipt's not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
Who should use this form
You should only use this form if you have been sent a Court summons for:
- Business Rates
- Council Tax
and wish to discuss or dispute it.
How to complete the form
- It should take about five minutes to complete this form
- You will need to have your account number and summons number (both found on your summons) to hand.
- Make sure you choose a date BEFORE your hearing date.
What happens next
You will receive a telephone call on the date and time you have chosen.
