If you have signed up for online billing, you will not receive a new business rates bill for 2025/26 in the post. This bill will only be available for download and printing through your MyLewisham account from week commencing Monday, 3 March 2025.

Who should use this form
You should only use this form if you have been sent a Court summons for:
- Business Rates
- Council Tax
and wish to discuss or dispute it.
How to complete the form
- It should take about five minutes to complete this form
- You will need to have your account number and summons number (both found on your summons) to hand.
- Make sure you choose a date BEFORE your hearing date.
What happens next
You will receive a telephone call on the date and time you have chosen.
