Shared ownership gives people the opportunity to get on the housing ladder by purchasing a share of a property and paying rent on the remaining share. We are delivering shared ownership homes through our house-building programme, with priority given to people already living or working in Lewisham.
No. 1 Creekside
Our first shared ownership development - No. 1 Creekside in Deptford - was completed in 2023, delivering 34 shared ownership homes as part of a 100% affordable housing development.
