PAM Assist

PAM Assist wellbeing app  - this resource is exclusive to Lewisham Council staff who can get the log in details on the intranet.

Able Futures

Able Futures - gives you regular time to speak with a mental health specialist about issues that are affecting you at work, so that you can learn new ways to look after yourself. This will let you feel more resilient and able to cope as well as finding the confidence to take practical steps to overcome problems and make adjustments to help your mental health. 

You can access Able futures if you are aged 16 or over and are in work or an apprenticeship.

Samaritans

Samaritans - is a registered charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Support is available 24/7 on their helpline - 116 123 or via Samaritans email (response time: 24 hours).

Shout

Shout is an affiliate of Crisis Text Line in the UK that provides free, confidential support, 24/7 via text. It’s the first free 24/7 texting service in the UK for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere via the medium people already use and trust.
