Pilates – beginners – summer

Pilates is a form of exercise that concentrates on building strength from the core of the body. It can help you improve your posture, muscular strength, mobility and breathing. In this 10-week course you'll learn a variety of exercises that flow smoothly from one to the next, with a focus on technique and control. Each class builds on the last, so as the movements become more challenging you'll learn how to use your core muscles more effectively, leaving you feeling more in tune with your movements and more flexible throughout your body.
