Join us for Repair Week
From Monday 3 March to Sunday 9 March, we’re celebrating Repair Week by partnering with local organisations to host a variety of events across the borough. No matter your budget, there’s something for everyone.
While recycling plays an important role in reducing waste, the most impactful way to help our environment is by buying less, maintaining what we own, and repairing items that still have plenty of life left in them.
We are partnering with ReLondon in this nationwide celebration. Throughout the week, we’re inviting Lewisham residents to develop new repair skills, extend the lifespan of their belongings, and help save costs with a wide range of workshops taking place across the borough.
We’ll also be showcasing local repair businesses and sharing their expert tips on helping you restore and maintain your items.
