What we do
The Shared Lives scheme offers vulnerable adults the opportunity to live with approved families and carers within their local community. Shared Lives is an alternative to residential or in-home care for disabled adults and older people.
What information we collect

- relationships information (next of kin, etc.)

- referral information (including behavioural information)
- other agencies involved
- case history
- risks.

- date of birth

- health details

- mortgage or landlord details.
