Adult health and social care market position statement

We developed our MPS jointly with the NHS Lewisham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

What the MPS covers

The MPS brings together key information about adult health and social care provision in the borough. It tells current and potential providers, as well as members of the community, about the future direction of adult health and social care services and how they will be put in place.

It also covers the likely level of resources that will be available, and the way in which we and the CCG will work with providers to commission services that better meet residents’ health and care needs.

Who helped to develop the MPS

This is our first MPS and it has been developed with the help of over 100 providers, service users and community groups.

Reviews and updates

The MPS was published in July 2017 and it will be regularly reviewed and updated.
