Development Management Local Plan examination

The Inspector's report found the Development Management Local Plan 'sound' and a schedule of the main modifications to the Local Plan are available to view below.

Independent planning inspector, Roy Foster MA MRTPI was appointed to conduct the examination of the local plan which was held on 26 February 2014.

Modifications consultation took place from April to June 2014 and the following documents were available for comment:

• main modifications
• additional modifications
• summary list of modifications
• sustainability appraisal of main modifications
• consultation information.
