Paying parking penalties
If you have a valid School Street or LTN exemption permit but have received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), this will be cancelled automatically and you will be notified of the cancellation. If you have already made payment for a PCN received for this restriction and hold a valid School Street or LTN exemption permit, it will be refunded back into your account that you used to pay within the next few days.

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa or Switch. We'll ask you for the penalty charge notice number (ZY or LX ******) as well as your vehicle registration number.
By post
Send a crossed cheque or postal order made payable to 'London Borough of Lewisham'.
Please write the penalty charge notice number and your address on the reverse of the cheque.
If you have a protected characteristic, listed in the Equality Act 2010, or another condition that makes it difficult for you to challenge or pay the Penalty Charge Notice, we will be happy to consider what reasonable adjustments we can make to assist you.
