Disabled Facilities Grant and Homeowner Grants

If you're a homeowner, tenant or private sector landlord, you may be eligible for a grant or interest-free loan for adaptations to enable residents to live independently and safely in their own homes.

This grant aims to provide safe, warm and decent homes for older and vulnerable residents living in private sector accommodation.

To help eligible empty property owners undertake repairs, improvements or conversion works to bring long term empty properties back into residential use.
