Business rates – apply for relief
If you have signed up for online billing, you will not receive a new business rates bill for 2025/26 in the post. This bill will only be available for download and printing through your MyLewisham account from week commencing Monday, 3 March 2025.
Who should use this form
Use this form to apply for business rates relief if you think your business premises qualifies for a discount.
Before you complete the form
To apply for business rates relief you need to log into your My Lewisham account. If you don’t have one already, please click 'Log in and apply for relief’ below then choose 'register' and follow the instructions to create your account.
How to complete the form
After you log in you can complete the form:
- It should take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete.
- You will need to have your business rates account number and evidence that you are eligible for relief.
- You can upload evidence to support your application or do this later.
What happens next
We will send you an email confirmation.
We may contact you to arrange a visit to confirm the details of your application.
We may ask you to submit more evidence using the business rates evidence upload form.
